Manage Your Tickets
As of August 2025, Princeton University Concerts is transitioning to the University’s new ticketing platform, powered by vivenu, to provide a more modern ticketing experience for all patrons.
Setting Up Your Account (For New & Returning Patrons)
returning patrons
If you’ve purchased tickets in the past, please note:
Your login credentials from our previous system were not transferred. You’ll need to create a new account (see below).
new account setup
- Visit the University Ticketing webpage and click “Sign In” in the top right corner
- General Public:
- All: Select “Register for Free.”
- Subscribers or Make-Your-Own package holders: make sure to use the email address associated with your purchase to setup your account.
- Admit All program registrants: make sure to use the email address associated with your Admit All program registration to setup your account.
- Princeton University students/faculty/staff:
- Use your official Princeton University email (non-aliased) to receive any campus benefits.*
- Click “Princeton University” under the “Sign in with…” options — do not use “Register for Free.”
- *If you already used a personal email to buy your PUC subscription or package, be sure to log in with that email to access your tickets and PUC benefits (see step #2 above). This means you’ll have two ticketing accounts this year:
- Personal email for PUC events
- University NetID for other campus events
- Check your email for a message from University Ticketing (donotreply@tickets.princeton.edu). Follow the link in that email to verify your address and activate your account.
