Manage Your Tickets
All Princeton University Concerts tickets are managed through the University’s dedicated PUC ticketing site:
Please note: Princeton University Concerts now has its own dedicated ticketing site at puc.tickets.princeton.edu. While tickets.princeton.edu is still used for other University events, all PUC ticket purchases, account access, and ticket management now take place through puc.tickets.princeton.edu.
You will need an online account to purchase, view, download, transfer, or manage your Princeton University Concerts tickets.
After establishing an account, you can reset your password at any time by selecting the “Forgot Password?” link on the sign-in page.
Setting Up Your Account
returning patrons
If this is your first time using the ticketing system since August 2025, you’ll need to create a new account (see below). If you have set up an account since August 2025, please refer to the “Accessing & Storing Your Tickets” section below.
If you receive an “Email already in use” message while registering, please return to the log-in page and click “Forgot password” to activate your existing account instead.
new account setup
- Visit the Princeton University Concerts Ticketing webpage and click “Sign In” in the upper-right corner
- General Public: Select “Register for free.”
- Subscribers or Make-Your-Own package holders: Register using the same email address you used at purchase of your series or package.
- Admit All Registrants: Register using the email address associated with your successful Admit All registration.
- Princeton University students/faculty/staff:
- Use your official Princeton University email (non-aliased) to receive any campus benefits.*
- Click “Princeton University” under the “Sign in with…” options — do not use “Register for Free.”
- *If you already used a personal email to buy your PUC subscription or package, be sure to log in with that email to access your tickets and PUC benefits (see step #2 above). This means you’ll have two ticketing accounts this year:
- Personal email for PUC events
- University NetID for other campus events.
You can also consolidate your tickets by transferring your tickets between accounts; view the “Transfer Your Tickets to a Friend” section below.
- Check your email for a message from Princeton University Concerts Ticketing ([email protected]). You may want to check your spam folder if you don’t see it in your inbox. Follow the link in that email to verify your address and activate your account.
Accessing & Storing Your Tickets
view & download YOUR TICKETS
After your account is activated (see above), you may log in at any time:
- Sign in at puc.tickets.princeton.edu using the email address associated with your PUC order (or your Princeton NetID if applicable). If you forget your password, use the “Forgot Password?” link to reset your password.
- Click your name in the upper-right corner
- Select “Tickets” from the account menu. Tickets are grouped by event, and each event includes options to manage or store your tickets.
- Series Subscribers: be sure to click “Tickets” instead of “Subscriptions” to view your tickets. Each subscription series is now represented by a single Season Ticket. Instead of receiving a separate ticket for every performance, you’ll use the same ticket throughout the series. After each performance, it will automatically update to display your next upcoming event, including its name and date.
- If you received a ticket purchase email, you can also click “Show Ticket” to add your ticket to your Apple or Google mobile wallet, or download a PDF e-ticket.
