Do-Re-Meet

SOCIAL EVENTS FOR MUSIC LOVERS

Get to know other music-enthusiasts through this new program of social events facilitated by The Singles Group (the largest singles company in NJ!), paired with concerts on Princeton University Concerts’ Performances Up Close series, in the historic Maclean House on the Princeton University campus!

Sunday, March 26: 1-2:30PM, followed by 6PM concert featuring the Chiaroscuro String Quartet

Wondering where your concert date is Haydn? Meet other classical-music-loving singles* in your age group by participating in 8-minute speed dates while enjoying catered appetizers! Everyone will then head over to Richardson Auditorium to be serenaded in a surround-sound holiday concert by the dazzling tenThing Brass Ensemble.

Age Groups:

  • Group Do: 24-39
  • Group Re: 40-59
  • Group Mi: 60+

Tickets for the full evening—admission to both the Do-Re-Meet event and the ensuing concert—are $50 General/$20 Student. If you already have a ticket to the concert and want to add on this experience, please contact us.

*This event is designated for individuals seeking heterosexual connections. There will be an LGBTQ+ Single Mingle on Wednesday, April 12.

Want to add to your music-loving friend Liszt? Get to know your fellow audience members through organized rounds of 8-minute “speed friending” sessions over some locally-catered snacks! The merriment will culminate in joining your new friends at Richardson Auditorium to attend a performance by the extraordinary Chiaroscuro Quartet.

Wednesday, April 12: 7-8:30PM, followed by 9PM concert featuring jazz vocalist Cécile McLorin Salvant

Looking for that too-hot-to-Handel concert date? Meet other music-loving LGBTQ+ singles as you enjoy refreshments and ice-breaker activities before sitting together in Richardson Auditorium to experience the legendary jazz vocalist Cécile McLorin Salvant live in concert.
