We are pleased to share Mendelssohn’s Midsummer Night’s Dream, Op. 61, excerpts of which (Scherzo, Intermezzo, Nocturne, Wedding March) will be played by the Mahler Chamber Orchestra in an immersive, virtual reality sound installation taking place in January 2025. You can listen to these complete works after the virtual reality experience, or simply enjoy them on their own.
